Biography:
Security Pro LLC is owned by Devin & Jodie Martin. Devin started selling security systems door to door while attending Bible college in 1999. He quickly fell in love with helping people feel safer & that led to his promotion to team leader. In 2000, he was the #5 sales rep in the nation for all ADT dealers. In 2001, he moved to Minden & started a security office in Monroe, LA. His office became one of the top 10 offices & they averaged 15-17 installs every week. He loved his job, but did experience a level of dissatisfaction with the company’s increasing rates & substandard level of service.
Devin & Jodie met in December of 1999 at their school. Their 1st date was the school’s annual Christmas Banquet. Six weeks later, they committed themselves to each other. Three months later, Devin proposed to Jodie & two months later that got married in Minden, LA. They are happily married & have 2 precious children. Jodie is also the owner & chef of Geaux Fresh Bistro & Bakery in downtown Minden. She is known all over the region for her amazing sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads & desserts. In his spare time, Devin coaches the Webster JR High soccer team & is an active member of The Christian Church at Minden.
Devin & Jodie started Security Pro in 2006. They set out to help people in any way they could. Their motto is “you aren’t just a client, you are family”. Devin & his employees pride themselves in knowing their customers names & season of life. They have been known to hug their customers after getting to know them on service calls. They always give a smile & helpful information on various topics. Proving that we go above & beyond, our installers have changed lightbulbs on 22’ ladders & beeping smoke detector batteries.
At Security Pro, we take pride & joy in our employees. We treat our employees as family as well. We believe that we have some of the brightest & politest people that you will ever meet. We have a quarterly game night, where we all gather together for fun & food. We train our crew, that appearance & professionalism matters. Our team undergoes continuous education & training. They take pride in learning something everyday! Our combined experience is over 50 years.
